Description

Ideally located in the very heart of Val Thorens, the new Residence***** Montana Plein Sud offers a direct access to the slopes with the Plein Sud chairlift. It has a beautiful sun exposure with a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountain tops.

Next to the “Village Montana”, the residence has been conceived by architect Jean-Pierre Chiantello and interior designer Cécile Bukowski in the pure respect of mountain chalet mixing wood, stone and warm colours in a contemporary and welcoming, cosy and refined while respecting environmental and climate standards.

Accommodation

The 37 vast and comfortable apartments are all decorated in the pure mountain style with the use of material such as wood and stone, and neutral colours such as white and mi-teinte, as well as wool and fur. The chimneys complete this warm and cosy ambiance in every apartment. The atmosphere is modified following the living spaces to create contrasts between the traditional and the contemporary.
They have several equipments: LCD satellite TV, phone, hair-dryer, heated towel rail, safe, balcony, free Wifi access...
 
Beds are made up on arrival (possibility of double bed - on previous request),bath towels supplied (changed mid-week), table cloths and napkins, cleaning kit, tea towels and end of stay cleaning included (except kitchen area).
The kitchens are equipped with traditional heaven, microwave,vitro-ceramic plates, hood, fridge with freezer, dish-washer, electric coffee maker, boiler, toaster, pressure cooker and complete dish equipment.

Culinary art

L'Epicurien: evening gourmet restaurant, intimist, opened everyday from 7 to 9 PM (closed on Saturdays). Located in the residence "Montana 1".

Le Montana: epicurienne brasserie at midday and in the evening in which quality goes with rapidity. For lunch, sunny terrace facing the south directly on the slopes from 11.30 AM to 3.30 PM. For dinner, special menu for residents, kid's menu from 7 to 9.30 PM. Located in the residence "Montana 1".

Le Chaudron Magique: evening Savoyard restaurant, Bar-lounge during “after ski” time. Open everyday from 5 PM. The ideal place for Savoyard Cuisine, grilled meat dishes or home made pizza lovers. Cheeses, cured hams and meats are carefully chosen and presented respecting their traditions.

Take-away pizzas from 5 PM.

Located in the residence "Le Cheval Blanc".

Well-being space

The Spa “Les Bains du Montana” includes – in an extraordinary setting with view on the slopes – an indoor heated swimming-pool, a sauna, a hammam, a relaxation area with sun loungers, relaxation room, an herbal tea room, hydro massage shower, massages and cares room.

A physiotherapist is available with an appointment for different treatments, for example sport massages or relaxing massages.

“A la carte” services: care modelage areas and beauty rituals by Thalgo.

Facilities-Services

24/7 reception, luggage deposit, newspaper and weather conditions, concierge service, laundry room, ski locker area with direct access to the slopes (individual lockers with shoe-dryers), ski shop: ski/snowboard rental, clothes and accessories sale.

Loan service: baby bed and chair, baby bottle warmer, baby-phone, iron and ironing board, raclette and fondue appliance, play games, international electrical adapter, DVD player, video game consoles (dependant on availability), laundry, bakery (delivery of bread and pastries every morning in your apartment). Pets are not allowed within the residence.
